Data processed by the website
In the contact form, you provide your first and last name, email address and project type, and optionally your company name and the text of your enquiry. Do not include sensitive data or information about other people that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
Once sales are launched, processing an order will require the buyer's details, contact and delivery details, the selected payment method and the products purchased. Company details and a tax identification number will be required where necessary for billing. The website will not require a PESEL number for an ordinary purchase.
When you visit the website, the server may record your IP address, the time of the request, the address of the page visited, browser information and the server's responses. This data is used to maintain the website's operation and security.
Purposes and legal bases for processing
An enquiry aimed at entering into a contract is handled on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence may be handled on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in answering enquiries and documenting matters, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Order data will be used to enter into and perform the contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Tax and accounting records will be processed to comply with a legal obligation, on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Ensuring security and establishing, pursuing and defending legal claims may be based on the controller's legitimate interest. Newsletters, marketing or additional analytics requiring consent will be activated only after separate consent has been obtained, with the option to withdraw it.
Forms and voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the relevant function. Without an email address, we cannot reply; without the data needed to fulfil an order, we cannot fulfil it.
Consent to send a message and be contacted covers your enquiry only. It does not subscribe you to the newsletter or authorise the sending of unrelated offers. Accepting the terms and conditions and reading the privacy policy do not replace separate marketing consent.
The forms in this installation send data to the Liverno server. Test messages are sent to biuro@netcoding.pl. Orders are created in the local database and are used solely to test the store.
Who may process your data
To the extent necessary to operate the website, data may be entrusted to hosting, email and IT service providers acting under appropriate agreements. In connection with sales, recipients may also include payment providers, carriers, accounting service providers and entities authorised by law.
This does not mean that data is freely disclosed to each of these entities. The scope depends on the function you use and the selected method of fulfilling the order. Data is not sold.
If a specific service requires data to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, the provider, country and appropriate legal basis for the transfer will be identified before that service is launched. Merely using a form does not constitute consent to such a transfer.
How long data is retained
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the matter, and thereafter only to the extent and for the period justified by law or the need to protect against claims. The period depends on the nature of the matter and the applicable limitation period.
Order and billing documents will be retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations. As a rule, tax documentation is retained for five years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline expired, subject to statutory exceptions.
Data processed solely on the basis of consent will be deleted when consent is withdrawn or the purpose ceases to apply, unless another basis permits further retention. Technical logs should be retained only for the time needed to analyse errors and ensure security.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access to your data and a copy of it, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you have the right to data portability.
You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest on grounds relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Send requests to the controller using the contact details provided on this page. A response will normally be provided within one month, with extensions possible under the conditions set out in the GDPR. If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Automated decisions and policy changes
This version of the website does not use data for profiling or for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user.
The policy will be updated when functions, providers or data processing methods change. The current version is available at this address and the update date appears at the beginning of the document. The rules for using the store are set out in the terms and conditions.
